All Walker PLUS services are provided by Walker Health Services, with an on-site office. Choose the program that fits your lifestyle:

• Catered Living Services include meals, laundry, and housekeeping that can be purchased a la carte.
  
• Health Monitoring Program includes bimonthly visits from a registered nurse and nurse assistant visits as needed.
  
• Home Health Services may include escort service, assistance with personal care including bathing and medication assistance.
  
• Residential Assisted Living Services enable you to continue living independently in your own fourth-floor apartment or in one of our assisted living suites.
• Assisted living services include 24-hour nurse assistants on-site, plus meals, activities, bathing, safety checks, escort service, medication assistance, housekeeping, laundry, and individual assessment with care planning by a registered nurse.
